CNG Mother Station
The CNG mother station draws its gas from the high-pressure natural gas pipeline network. After filtration and metering, the gas enters a dryer for dehydration. The dried gas then passes through a buffer tank and enters a compressor for pressurization. The compressed high-pressure gas is divided into two paths: one path passes through a sequential control panel to the gas storage well, and then through a dispenser to fill CNG vehicles; the other path enters a filling column to fill CNG tank trucks.
Hydraulic CNG Substation
After the CNG substation trailer arrives at the CNG substation, the high-pressure inlet hose, high-pressure return hose, control gas tubing bundle, and CNG high-pressure outlet hose are connected to the hydraulic substation skid via quick-connect couplings. After system connection is complete, the hydraulic substation skid is started, or when the PLC control system detects low hydraulic system pressure, the high-pressure hydraulic pump begins operation. The PLC automatic control system opens the inlet and outlet valves of a gas cylinder, injecting high-pressure liquid medium into the cylinder to maintain the gas pressure in the CNG substation trailer's cylinder at 20-22 MPa. CNG flows through the cylinder's outlet, via the CNG high-pressure outlet hose, into the substation skid's buffer tank, and then through a high-pressure pipe to the CNG refueling machine for CNG refueling vehicles.
Compressed Gas Refueling Substation
After the CNG substation trailer arrives at the CNG refueling substation, it connects to the unloading column via the unloading high-pressure hose. The unloading compressor is started, and the CNG, after being pressurized by the unloading compressor, enters the high, medium, and low-pressure gas storage well groups via the sequence control panel. The CNG in the gas storage well groups can then be used to refuel CNG refueling vehicles via the refueling machine.

Conventional Stations
Natural gas for gas filling stations is drawn from medium-pressure natural gas pipelines. After filtration and metering, it enters a dryer. After drying, it passes through a buffer tank and then enters a compressor for pressurization. Natural gas is then used to fill gas storage well groups via a priority/sequence control panel, or directly delivered to gas dispensers for CNG fuel vehicles. Alternatively, natural gas from the gas storage well groups can be used to refuel CNG fuel vehicles via gas dispensers.
