Containerized LNG Fueling Station

The containerized LNG fueling station is an integrated LNG refueling solution that assembles the LNG storage tank, submerged pump, vaporizer, LNG dispenser, and related equipment within a single containerized skid structure with a metal bund (containment wall). Only auxiliary systems such as the control system and instrument air system are required outside the skid. After simple installation and power connection, the station can be put into operation quickly.

The Baiyan 7th Generation Containerized LNG Filling Device breaks conventional industry design concepts by adopting a separate modular submerged pump sump with a sunken spatial arrangement. This increases the vertical height difference between the bottom of the LNG storage tank and the top of the pump sump, thereby improving the static liquid head pressure at the pump inlet.

This optimized structure ensures smoother submerged pump operation and maintains stable performance even when the LNG storage tank operates at low liquid levels.
