The L-CNG High-Pressure Plunger Pump Skid serves as a critical link between the LNG supply chain and CNG vehicle energy infrastructure.
Specifically engineered to handle ultra-low-temperature LNG (-162°C), the system utilizes a cryogenic high-pressure plunger pump as its core component. It boosts low-pressure LNG (typically 0.3–1.2 MPa) to 25 MPa or higher, after which the LNG is vaporized through a downstream vaporizer and converted into high-pressure CNG at ambient temperature.
The skid provides a stable and continuous gas supply to downstream CNG storage vessels, cylinder cascades, or CNG dispensers, ensuring reliable operation of the entire L-CNG fueling system.
