Tianjin Baiyan's custom-engineered CNG mother stations are built to solve real-world gas distribution challenges for pipeline-connected industrial and municipal energy projects. Unlike standard generic equipment, our mother station systems directly access high-pressure trunk pipeline natural gas and complete full-process treatment including precision filtration, accurate flow metering, deep dehydration and stable high-pressure compression. The processed gas is pressurized steadily to 20–25 MPa for safe and efficient loading into long-tube trailers, enabling reliable gas transportation to remote towns, industrial zones, pipeline-free areas and CNG satellite stations.

High-efficiency Compression & Fast Loading

Optimized for large-volume pipeline gas intake, our compression configuration shortens trailer loading turnaround time substantially. Reliable Deep Dehydration Performance

We adopt field-proven dehydration technology to strictly control gas dew point under various working conditions. Stable outlet gas quality effectively avoids pipeline icing, equipment corrosion and downstream device damage, fully adapting to long-distance transportation and harsh seasonal temperature changes.

Stable & Intelligent Industrial Control

Equipped with mainstream industrial PLC control systems (Siemens/ABB), the whole station realizes automatic operation, real-time data monitoring, remote fault diagnosis and operational data recording. It supports unattended management mode, reducing manual operation costs while improving overall system safety and stability.

Inlet Pressure Range: 0.1–4.0 MPa (adjustable according to on-site pipeline conditions)

Discharge Working Pressure: 20.0–25.0 MPa (standard for CNG long-tube trailer transportation)

Driving Mode: Electric motor drive / natural gas engine drive (optional based on user site power supply conditions)
