Horizontal LNG Tank

The LNG Storage Tanks produced by our company are primarily used for storage purposes. The configuration of the tank's piping system meets the requirements of LNG refueling stations. Additionally, we can provide custom piping solutions according to specific customer requirements.

The product mainly consists of the tank body, the top and bottom liquid inlet piping, liquid level and pressure measurement piping, liquid outlet piping, gas phase piping, return gas piping, and overflow piping.

Tank Body: The main component used to store the liquefied natural gas (LNG) medium.
Top and Bottom Liquid Inlet Piping: Used for filling the storage tank.
Liquid Level and Pressure Measurement Piping: Utilizes differential pressure liquid level gauges and pressure gauges to display the liquid level height and internal pressure of the tank.
Liquid Outlet Piping: Used to discharge the medium from the tank.
Gas Phase Piping: Primarily used for venting the tank. The piping is equipped with a safety valve that automatically opens to reduce tank pressure when it exceeds the set pressure. Manual venting can also be controlled via a valve.
Return Gas Piping: Used when external gas needs to be returned to the tank.
Overflow Piping: Prevents overfilling during the tank filling process.
