Maintenance And Repair Of Control Cabinets

The control cabinet is mainly used in high-rise building water supply systems without towers, fire-fighting deep well pump constant pressure water supply, and other applications requiring closed-loop adjustment of pump speed based on real-time water usage conditions. It employs a well-known brand of frequency converter, intelligent controller, pressure sensor, and pump to form a closed-loop control system.

 

Control Cabinet Maintenance:

1. Disconnect the power supply and check if the control cabinet frame has reliable grounding, ensuring the grounding resistance does not exceed 4Ω.

2. The control cabinet operates on different voltage types (DC 110V; AC single-phase 220V; three-phase AC). During maintenance, the circuits must be clearly identified to prevent short circuits.

3. All electrical switches on the control cabinet should operate flexibly and reliably without significant noise. Connections and terminals should be secure, and the steel wire at the moving contact connection should be unbroken.

4. Use a soft brush or blower to remove dust from the panel components and all electromagnetic switch parts. Check the condition of the electrical switch contacts, their contact status, the insulation of the coils, and the reliability of the mechanical components' operation.

5. When replacing a fuse, the fusing current should be matched with the current of the circuit.
