Product Introduction

All-In-One LNG Fueling Station

RELOCATABLE FUEL SUPPLY FOR CHANGING OPERATIONS

Mobile LNG Refueling Station for Fleets and Remote Sites

Put LNG fueling capacity closer to the vehicles that need it. BAIYAN develops project-specific mobile LNG stations for dedicated fleets, isolated work sites, temporary contracts and markets where a permanent station is not yet the right first investment.

Discuss Your Operating Scenario

When Permanent Infrastructure Is Not the Right First Step

A conventional fixed LNG station makes sense when demand, location and operating life are already predictable. Many projects begin differently: vehicles move between contracts, a mine has a limited operating phase, a fleet is converting gradually, or a new market needs real consumption data before a larger investment.

In these cases, a mobile LNG refueling station can provide a controlled starting point. Its value is not simply a smaller footprint. The objective is to match fuel availability with the actual location, duration and growth stage of the operation.

Four Operating Models

Operating Model Best-Fit Situation Project Priority
Dedicated Fleet Depot Trucks return to one base or operate on a predictable route. Fueling-window planning and reliable daily throughput.
Remote-Site Supply Mining, construction or industrial vehicles work far from public stations. Delivery logistics, utility availability and operating continuity.
Pilot Market Entry An operator wants to validate LNG demand before developing a permanent network. Scalable configuration and measurable consumption data.
Temporary Project Fuel is required for a defined contract, season or project phase. Relocation planning and minimized site-specific construction.

Containerized LNG Fueling Station

A Station Sized Around the Fleet-not a Generic Package

The correct configuration starts with the operation. BAIYAN evaluates how much LNG is consumed, when vehicles arrive, how often an LNG tanker can replenish the station and whether the location has stable power. These inputs define storage autonomy, pumping arrangement, fueling points, control interfaces and the practical transportable format.

The five numbers that shape the proposal

Vehicle quantity · LNG consumption per vehicle · Peak vehicles per hour · Required days of storage autonomy · Distance and frequency of LNG replenishment

Project-Fit Check

Choose a mobile solution when: the fleet is dedicated, the operating period or location may change, fuel demand is developing, or a remote site cannot depend on a public LNG network.

Consider a permanent station when: public access, sustained high throughput, multiple fueling lanes or long-term network expansion is already confirmed.

Ask for an engineering review when: the site has limited power, difficult tanker access, extreme climate conditions, restricted transport dimensions or special destination-market standards.

How the Operation Is Planned

01 - Map vehicle demand
Define fleet routes, return times, daily consumption and the busiest fueling period.
02 - Plan LNG replenishment
Confirm tanker access, delivery interval and the reserve needed between deliveries.
03 - Define the mobile boundary
Identify which modules must be transportable and which foundations, utilities or protective works remain site responsibilities.
04 - Prepare relocation interfaces
Document lifting, transport, reconnection and recommissioning requirements for a future site change.

Mobile LNG Refueling Station

What "Mobile" Means for Your Project

A mobile station is designed to reduce permanent construction and support later relocation. It does not mean that a fueled and commissioned station can be moved without preparation. Cryogenic equipment must be made safe, disconnected, transported and recommissioned through an approved procedure.

Local authorities may still require site approval, safety distances, foundations, vehicle circulation planning, earthing, fire protection and operator procedures. BAIYAN confirms the equipment supply boundary with the buyer; final compliance is determined by the regulations and competent authorities at the destination.

Information Needed for a Useful Proposal

Operating country and site type Identifies climate, transport limits and applicable project requirements.
Fleet profile Vehicle count, tank size, route pattern and daily LNG demand.
Fueling schedule Peak vehicles per hour and available fueling time.
LNG supply plan Delivery vehicle, delivery frequency and distance from the LNG source.
Site and utilities Available area, road access, power supply and expected relocation frequency.

Mobile LNG Station FAQ

Can the station move between project sites?
It can be engineered for relocation, but every move requires safe shutdown, transport planning, destination-site readiness and recommissioning. State the expected relocation frequency before design.

How is storage capacity selected?
Capacity is based on daily demand, peak schedule, LNG delivery interval, operating reserve, transport constraints and local requirements-not fleet size alone.

Can it work at a site with limited electrical power?
Utility conditions are reviewed during proposal development. Provide the available voltage, frequency and power capacity so a suitable configuration can be evaluated.

Is a mobile station exempt from permits?
No. Mobility does not replace local siting, safety, environmental or operating approvals. Requirements vary by country and project location.

Start with Your Fleet Data
