The BY C015-01 Measurement and Control System is a high-technology product independently developed by our company, featuring advanced technical performance and high reliability. It is mainly applied to LNG dispensers and CNG dispensers, utilizing microcomputer-based control technology.

The system provides a user-friendly fueling operation interface and parameter setting interface, allowing operators to configure local gas or liquid unit prices, and to display total fueling volume, total cost, unit price, pressure, and flow data in real time.

This microcomputer control system is suitable for both liquefied natural gas (LNG) fueling equipment and compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling equipment, and offers wide compatibility with various peripherals, including mass flow meters, price display panels, IC card systems, and other auxiliary devices.

Key performance features include clear visual display, high measurement accuracy, reliable control performance, wide operating temperature range, and active backlit illumination, making it a highly advanced and technologically sophisticated fueling control solution.

The BY C015-01 control system provides extensive configuration flexibility to meet diverse customer requirements. It can be applied to both LNG and CNG dispensers.

The price display screen is available in both large-size display panels and standard display versions according to customer preference.

For low-temperature environments, the standard LCD status display (12864 LCD) can be upgraded to a high-performance OLED screen for improved cold-weather operation.

The IC card platform supports both CPU card readers and M1 card readers.

Flow meters can be selected in intrinsically safe type or flameproof (explosion-proof) type.

This high level of flexibility provides customers with a broad range of customization options.

LNG Vehicle Cylinder Pre-cooling and Fueling
The system completes LNG fueling for vehicle-mounted cylinders, including pre-cooling of fueling nozzles, pipelines, and flow meters before fueling to meet cryogenic operation requirements.

Accurate Measurement and Data Display
It precisely measures the fueling volume and displays key information such as fuel quantity, total cost, unit price, pressure, and mass flow meter operating parameters.
These data can be transmitted to the upper-level monitoring system (SCADA or industrial PC) through communication interfaces, enabling remote data acquisition and centralized management.

PLC Communication and Pump Control
The system communicates with the station PLC control system to control the cryogenic submerged pump during fueling operations.

The LNG dispenser integrates all essential components, including core processor-based circuit boards, metering elements, valves, safety devices, explosion-proof enclosures, and adopts world-leading mass flow meter technology. The system utilizes the CMF-100 mass flow meter to ensure highly accurate LNG fueling measurement.

High-reliability pneumatic valves are applied within the dispenser, and a non-contact IC card fueling system is optionally available for automated fueling operations.
