Based on Baiyan Technology's experience in building 2,000 LNG fueling stations across China, we've identified a key issue: the big profit gap between stations is rarely about low sales volume. The real problem is inefficient land use and a mismatch between equipment and site layout. Most owners focus only on equipment price and adopt generic, one-size-fits-all solutions. This often leads to traffic congestion or underutilized space - driving away customers on one hand while wasting valuable land on the other, resulting in long-term hidden losses.
Baiyan Technology rejects templated station designs. Instead, we insist on customizing both equipment and layout to fully unlock site potential and eliminate operational pain points.
For small, space-constrained sites (e.g., narrow street-front locations):
We offer a core process design featuring one pump serving four dispensers. This integrated, multi-dispenser setup delivers simultaneous four-nozzle fueling without requiring additional equipment footprint. It significantly boosts refueling throughput - eliminating peak-hour queuing and customer loss - so even compact sites can handle high traffic and generate strong revenue, all without expanding the facility.
For large, high-traffic sites:
We deploy lightweight, highly integrated proprietary equipment that drastically reduces the core equipment footprint. The freed-up space can be flexibly developed into diversified revenue streams such as driver lounges, convenience services, or basic vehicle maintenance. This allows station owners to break away from reliance on fuel sales alone and build stable, long-term ancillary income - making every square meter of land continuously productive.
