The standard covers the following core technical requirements:
Classification and Hydrogen Supply Methods: Hydrogen refueling stations are classified according to hydrogen storage form and service targets, and technical specifications for various hydrogen supply methods, including on-site hydrogen production and external hydrogen supply, are clearly defined.
Equipment and Components: Performance parameters, safety protection, and installation requirements for key equipment such as compressors, hydrogen storage devices, and hydrogen dispensers are specified, and new standards for liquid hydrogen-related facilities are added.
Hydrogen Quality Control: Hydrogen purity is required to be ≥99.97%, with self-testing every 3 months and third-party testing every 6 months. Online monitoring devices are recommended.
Electrical and Control Systems: The explosion-proof rating of electrical equipment in hydrogen refueling stations, redundant design of control systems, and emergency shutdown functions are clearly defined.
Operation and Maintenance: Management systems for daily inspections, equipment maintenance cycles, and emergency plans are established, and the delivery documentation and acceptance testing methods for hydrogen refueling stations are standardized.
