Product Overview
The LNG cryogenic pump consists of two parts: the pump body and the pump tank. The pump body is an immersion-type two-stage centrifugal pump, completely submerged in the pump tank, requiring no seals. All moving parts are cooled and lubricated by the cryogenic liquid. This LNG cryogenic pump is controlled by a frequency converter.
This pump, which utilizes the cryogenic liquid for self-lubrication, makes its structure simple and easy to maintain. Its outstanding features include: first, a frequency conversion design, suitable for use under multiple working conditions such as LNG refueling stations; second, its technical parameters are easy to meet the design parameters of LNG refueling stations. Actual Project Case
Previously, Chuyun LNG fueling station faced operational bottlenecks due to insufficient power from its original submerged pump. The slow fueling speed not only limited station efficiency but also caused long waiting times for drivers.
To fully address this issue, the station decisively upgraded to a 18.5 kW submerged pump from Baiyan. Manufactured with precision casting technology and equipped with imported ultra-low-temperature bearings, this pump delivers both powerful performance and exceptional operational stability-perfectly meeting the demands of high-efficiency LNG station operations.
The results were immediate and remarkable. Fueling efficiency improved significantly, with the average fueling rate increasing from 40 kg/min to 70 kg/min. Waiting times for vehicles were greatly reduced, enabling a substantial upgrade in overall service quality and customer satisfaction at the station.
