Marine Fixed-Station LNG Fuel Tank
The fuel tank consists of a vacuum shell and a stainless steel pressure vessel housed within it. It is designed to store natural gas within a pressure range of 0 to 0.9 MPa and primarily provides fuel to the engine system.
One end of the equipment is equipped with an open operating compartment. Based on the process flow design requirements, the operating box integrates functions such as filling, self-pressurization, liquid discharge and vaporization, auxiliary liquid discharge, and vaporization pipelines. It also houses the vacuum pump and vacuum gauge for operation and inspection.
Fuel tank filling is achieved through top and bottom liquid inlet pipes, which allow liquid to be transferred from the supply tank into the fuel tank. The simplified and user-friendly pipeline control system minimizes the number of joints and components used, and the control valves are designed and manufactured according to standard models. The filling pipeline is equipped with top and bottom liquid inlet valves, emergency shut-off valves, and other safety features. The safety release pipeline includes safety valves and manual discharge valves.
All operations are controlled by valves located at the end of the fuel tank. Each valve and instrument is labeled for easy identification.
